Henrique is an electrical engineer and researcher at the Institute for Technological Research (IPT) in Brazil. He is currently working at the Micromanufacturing Laboratory (LMI) at IPT. He specializes in the fabrication of multiphysics microsystems, developing MEMS sensors and actuators, as well as microfluidic systems with embedded electronics. He is one of the leading researchers of the Prometheus project and focuses his efforts on building a microfluidic system for DNA synthesis with a parallelizable chemical process.
